All orders placed with IncrediMerch are subject to acceptance and availability.

Custom merchandise requires your artwork/design approval before production. No changes or cancellations are possible after approval.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are as listed on the website and may be subject to change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

Additional costs such as taxes, shipping fees, or customs duties may apply.

3. Production and Delivery

Production times vary depending on product and customization complexity. Estimated timelines will be provided upon order confirmation.

Shipping times depend on destination and carrier. IncrediMerch is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment.

4. Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers must have full rights or permission to use submitted artwork and designs.

IncrediMerch reserves the right to reject artwork that infringes intellectual property or violates laws.

By submitting artwork, you grant IncrediMerch a non-exclusive license to use it for order fulfillment.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted after production begins.

If there is a manufacturing defect or error caused by IncrediMerch, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a resolution.

6. Limitation of Liability

IncrediMerch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected products.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wiesbaden, Germany.

8.Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online platform for out-of-court dispute resolution, available at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email address can be found in the Legal section of our website.

Please note that IncrediMerch is not obliged to, and therefore does not, participate in dispute resolution procedures via this platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
